Last week I hopped on a bus and headed to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets for a day of shopping with Vogue and Simon Malls. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had since I began blogging, and I was so lucky to spend the day with my *soul sister* Andrea of A Slice o’ Pi, along with a few new & familiar faces. It was an early morning start – we hopped on the bus and began chatting and sipping on mimosas as we made our way outside of the city (hey – you have to ride in style!) Growing up near Westchester, I had been to Woodbury Commons many times to shop, but it was even better going with a group of like-minded fashionistas. Scroll through the pictures to read more about my trip, and shop my look below. My boots are sold out Topshop from last year, but I’ve linked a ton of black booties that are similar. Invest in one pair of black booties that you love and you’ll find yourself wearing them everywhere (work, dinner, etc.) I’ve been lusting over these Rebecca Minkoff booties since the beginning of the season, and I love these budget-friendly booties from Forever 21!

When we arrived at the outlets, we headed to Neiman Marcus for a little fall fashion preview, where we were warmly welcomed by the team at Woodbury. We were spoiled with cute snacks throughout the day; we definitely had our fill of champagne and macaroons (no complaints, thank you @proseccodoc!!!). I stuck with Andrea and Christina of Le City Kitty for most of the day. Besides blogging full-time, Christina also founded K+Collective, a consulting group which helps businesses effectively launch and develop their digital brand. I know bloggers (or influencers) get a lot of backlash, but I find it hard to believe because everyone I’ve met through blogging has such a strong desire to succeed, with the passion, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit to support it. I admire the influencers I have met over the past year, and this was no different.
Hopping around to the different stores was so much fun; we stopped in Gucci, Celine, Chloe, Tory Burch, YSL, Prada, and a few others along the way. The deals were amazing! Think half price with an additional 40% off (yah, I know).
A few hours later, we boarded the bus (a little late – whoops) and headed to Blue Hill at Stone Barns, a farm-to-table restaurant that made me feel as if I was in the English countryside and not right over the Tappan Zee Bridge. Each table was decorated beautifully, adorned with elegant centerpieces featuring gorgeous floral arrangements by Celadon and Celery. Seriously, check out that Valentino bag & those Givenchy heeled boots! After a wonderful meal, we boarded the bus and returned to the city. Such a perfect day, and I’m so happy to have been apart of it! Hope you enjoyed my little recap! Xx
